    Run Fat Boy Run

    Two thumbs up. This was light and funny.

    This is about man that leaves his pg girlfriend at the altar then five years later decides to run a marathon in a last ditch effort to win her back.

    It stars Thandie Newton and the guy from Shawn of the Dead. I am willing to overlook that it was directed by David Schwimmer.

    Good to know. It got some really scathing reviews, but the previews I saw seemed really amusing.

      I wanted to see this, but they stopped showing it around here as of yesterday. Ah, well. Eventually we'll rent it or something. I loved Shawn of the Dead and Hot Fuzz, but I've been hearing that while this one's good, it isn't quite as good as those ones. :huh:

        I was totally planning on seeing it last Friday but they stopped showing it that day. I guess I can always add it to Netflix queue.
