So, I don't know... I liked the acting, the story was compelling, the costumes were great... But it was disturbing, and I'm just not up for disturbing movies right now. It's kind of a long movie to end feeling sort of sick about the whole thing...

If you like CSI or Law and Order SVU or that type of thing, you would probably enjoy this movie.

I really liked this movie. Yeah, it was pretty disturbing and creepy. But the storyline really grabbed me (especially since it's a true story!), and I was so tense through the whole movie.

ITA with Jane. The story held it's own and I spent half the movie being outraged since it was true. This movie was right up my alley.

I wonder whatever happened to the kid who was given to her by mistake??? I don't think that woman on the train was his mother, perhaps another cover up? What about the teenager who confessed, what happened to him?

We saw this because I was really interested in the "period piece" element of it, how they re-created early Los Angeles.

I really wanted to like it. I thought it dragged A LOT. It could have been much shorter than it was.

I didn't see the movie, but I read about the true story in alot of detail online. Talk about a disturbing and creepy story. The man who killed her son apparently killed and molested countless other boys with the help of his mother.
