    I think I liked this one better than the Matrix sequel. It's also better than the first X-Men--things are more developed and more characters get a chance to show off. It's also a lot more intense--in the very best way. Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellen were great as usual, and I was crazy about Alan Cumming's part.

    The thing that almost spoiled it was the three Neanderthals that were sitting behind us--one of whom had already seen it and was giving a running commentary to his buddy, blow-by-blow as if his friend was blind. Which I know he wasn't as they all made various animal noises whenever a hot female came on screen. If only I'd had some pepper spray...

    I have yet to see this one but if it truly does rival the Matrix 2 movie then it must be fantastic! I liked the first X-Men movie but found it well, lacking. I guess the much larger budget for the sequel really helped things!
