This was a very ... interesting movie. It is told out of sequence, so you have to spend a lot of time trying to figure out where in the story the current scene is taking place. I don't want to give away any of the storyline because it would give away the plot, but it follows the three main characters and you see how their lives become intertwined by a particular event. It is definitely a bit dark, not exactly light-hearted fare. The actors (Sean Penn, Benicio del Toro, Naomi Watts) were great, overall we thought the movie was pretty good.

I really liked this movie. It's very serious and complex and at times, really sad. It was directed very well. Not a light movie at all - it's filled with drama. Benico del Toro, Sean Penn, and Naomi Watts all were amazing.

I also liked this a lot. It's structured similarly to Amores Perros, but is more accessible.
