Mom's Night Out

I've been wanting to see this movie, so I went and got it at Redbox. The rest of the family was not so sure, but oh my goodness we all enjoyed it SO much. My 17yo even sat down and watched it. We laughed and laughed and laughed. The opening scene with the Incredible Hulk..priceless. I've had some of the exact conversations with my husband. It was a very uplifting movie. There are some Christian references especially at the end but much, much better quality than Facing the Giants. My husband said he wished he could have recorded Trace Adkins speech to the mom so he could memorize it and give it to me weekly if not daily. All moms would enjoy it, but especially moms with little kids that feel overwhelmed. My husband said she should have been 10 years older and saying these things, but the truth is I've thought them since my kids were little. I only voiced my feelings of failure lately. Good, inspiring movie.

I was just thinking I would treat myself to renting an amazon movie tonight to treat myself after running kids and friends all over creation today. Sounds perfect.
