We took the kids this last weekend to see Spy Kids. It was a lot of fun and we actually watched the whole movie without having to take the baby out! That is a miracle. It still makes me smile when I think about it because it was silly but really cleverly done. My boys loved it.

Thomas the Tank Engine, Toy Story, Toy Story 2, anything with Madeline, and who could forget Black Beauty.

CUTE, CUTE, CUTE! We got free passes to see this movie today and we all loved it! It is perfect for small children - my two year old daughters did NOT find it frightening and were quite pleased with the ending. It is funny, sweet, and the graphics are excellent (what would you expect from Pixar?). It is a great movie for children and adults.

What did you guys think of Shrek? I thought it was hilarious and my kids enjoyed it too. I don't know if I would buy the video though because some of it was a little "too adult" if you know what I mean. My kids didn't catch on to a lot of it but they will as they get older and they ALWAYS pick up on the parts I would like them to forget, i.e. any bad words or crude sayings.

My husband and I laughed hysterically though.

My girls liked Shrek a lot! And I agree with you, they don't pick up on the parts that you don't want them to see. They are only three, and they just see a funny donkey (Eddie Murphy is histerical!) and Shrek. I thought the bit about all the homeless fairy tale characters was very funny...
