Good kids movie. We let our 5yo pick it out and it was quite funny and the language wasn't terribly bad(it has it's moments, but no adult language....mostly potty humor). We did have to fast forward through a couple scenes where the other horses "initiate" a race horse and a similar scene when they try to stop Stripes from racing( a little too mean/violent for our kid).
It is a story about a has-been race horse trainer that takes in a stray Zebra. The Zebra doesn't know he isn't a regular horse and wants to run and race, all the time! The voices are great, Frankie Muniz, Dustin Hoffman, Whoopi Goldberg, Jeff Foxworthy, Mandy Moore and others. It is really quite funny and has a great message to kids about being different and not letting the crowd push you into or out of what you want to do. It is highly recommended from the veiwing crowd in this household!
