    Team America: World Police

    OK, I wasn't sure about this movie, but my beloved LOVES South Park and these are the same creators. In the name of compromise, he got to pick.

    It's a very good satire of "Americanisms" and not very gently pokes fun at the way we seen ourselves. But, I did think there were some parts that went a little too far. I would hope that we wouldn't actually blow up the Louvre to get a terrorist...!

    But the songs are hysterical and the puppetry is amazing. The puppets having kinky sex was a bit bizarre, though.

    I can't say that I loved it, but my husband did. I can't say that I love South Park, either. He was snorting wine through his nose last night at some parts. I'd give it 2.5 out of 5 on Netflix. He'd give it a 5 out of 5.

    Ok, several months out from seeing it and I'm still disturbed by the kinky sex between puppets. Jeez, I've never seen porn that explicit....thankfully.

          okay but, honestly, the phrase "kinky sex between puppets" is just plain wrong anyway.

          Never seen the movie - pretty much hate south park. I'm not a prude, but have really no tolerance for poop jokes. that said, the audio of Cartman singing "Come Sail Away" is priceless.

                  I saw this a few days ago and now any mention of Tom and Katie will remind me of this movie and kinky puppet sex.

                  I thought it was good, not great, and entertaining in exactly the way I needed last week. I've had the theme song running through my head.
