I swear I reviewed this yesterday, but it isn't here so I wonder if I didn't push the "submit" button??
Anyhow, dh and I both really enjoyed this movie. The writer and director of this independent film was also the main character, Amy, a young woman who had recently written a best-seller. The book (which basically said women shouldn't rely on a relationship with a man to feel complete) sparked lots of controversy and had many people labeling her as a man-hating lesbian. She grapples with a new relationship with a new man, her parents, and friends while meanwhile dealing with scrutiny from the media.
It's definitely worth renting!
