  • What is the worst movie you've ever seen?

We recently got National Lampoons Adam and Eve from Netflix. We assumed it would be along the lines of the other National Lampoons shows.

NOT! It was the most disgusting, tasteless movie we've ever watched. I'm embarssed to admit that we actually did watch it.....but it was awful.

The all time worst movie was that Keanu Reeve/Charleze Theron movie- November something.

It's bad when you can't even get a tear-jerker to work.

Cabin Boy, hands down. It was disappointing, too, because I think Chris whatever his name is is hysterical (the guy that plays Amy's brother on Everybody Loves Raymond).

I don't know about the worst ever, but looking at our Netflix return list, the two most recent that sucked bad were THX 1138 (painfully dull) and Prozac Nation (too much pointless screeching).

                The Matrix Reloaded

When it was over I said "I like the Matrix so much more without love."

Well, that's two for Keanu. I think he's tied with Costner for the world's worst actor.

I don't know. It would be so much easier to select ones that I love...there are so many bad movies.

The Leonardo movie about the Sharks and Jets in early America...Streets of New York...I desperately wanted my time and money back after that.

Anchorman... :: It was the worst POS I have ever been forced (DH) to sit through.

Analyze This...I would have derived more pleasure from putting a $20 bill in a paper shredder.

I could go on, but my list would be incomplete without Stepford Wives and What Women Want...Oh the Misogyny! They made me sad to be human.

I think Keanu peaked at Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure.

I actually liked Analyze This. Analyze That was a different story -- never bothered to sit through it.

Totally agreed on Stepford Wives and What Women Want. Sometimes I wonder exactly how they get certain people to sign onto these projects.

Along these lines...it seems like there really aren't any good movies out in the theaters either...Thomas and I had the chance to go last week and we couldn't even pick something we wanted to see. What a bummer to have free childcare and no place to go

The Polar Express. Total ucksay. I suppose I hated it because it was a sweet book turned in to a 1.5 hour computer animation experiment/roller coaster ride. As my DH said "I didn't know it was possible for animation to have bad acting."

Adult movie......hmmm....I haven't seen that many lately and I tend to limit them to things that other people *liked*. Now there are plenty of bad books I've read.....

Exactly! How can animated acting suck so bad? Another example of the book being better than the movie.
