Well, we expected a decently funny movie but I was pleasantly surprised at how much I really really enjoyed this movie. I'm a really picky movie person I think.

We LOVED it!!! We both gave it A+'s.

I was laughing hysterically at points, then bawling my eyes out in others. I honestly think it was one of the best movies i've seen this year. My husband did also and he's even more of a movie critic than I am.

I highly recommend this movie. It's a lighthearted comedy at first, to a life lesson at the end. It was given two thumbs down, but I don't understand why. I'd love to hear your comments. I truly loved it. I don't say that about many movies these days. Get to the theatre :!

I seriously cried through the last 10 minutes of this movie and then when dh and I went out for dinner I couldn't stop crying Few people get second chances to make things right about their lives...

The whole dog/duck thing really was a little much for me though...

I have to confess that I really like Adam Sandler. I was excited about this movie until I saw the reviews.....now I am wanting to see it again.

      Thanks, guys!

Neither of us liked this one. The humor felt too forced (i.e., NOT FUNNY! I think I laughed out loud maybe twice), and the storyline seemed like a modern retelling of "It's a Wonderful Life" or the Ebenezer Scrooge story. I was the one who insisted that we rent it based on the positive reviews it got here, we were both disappointed in it though.
