Can I just point out that "Every Breath You Take" was written by Sting when he thought that his wife was cheating on him. Listen very carefully to the lyrics. I thought that it was a love song too until Sting pointed it out in an interview.

I have one more song to add to the list. I was recently at the wedding of two college friends and their song was "The Luckiest" by Ben Folds. It was absolutely the best romantic song I'd ever heard.
