If you don't love Jack Bauer yet, start with a season because it's the greatest show EVER! That is, if you like terrorism, bombs, nukes, and lots o' action.

Oooooh Jack Bauer is my man. I have to disagree though- I wouldn't just jump into this season--- too many "histories" and little things that would be missed. I highly recommend renting the DVDs. Dh and I started last spring, and were able to get through all 5 seasons and got caught up to watch this season.

Poor Jack though--- all the bad things have to happen to him. I am SO loving this season, so many twists and turns.

Yeah, you're right....lots of history. But five seasons is a lot of catching up to do! At least skip the first....that one is really bad compared to the rest! What's good is Blockbuster, ifyou're in the rewards club, you can buy one get one free Mon-Wed. Renting all those seasons can get expensive!

We did Netflix. So it wasn't bad, plus all the commercials are cut out. We watched a lot during the summer when all of our shows are on hiatus.
