I'm actually watching Little People, Big World right now....but as much to see Hillsboro as anything else "Oh, that's the Cornelius Pass Freddy's" "Oh, they're at the Rock Creek Tavern!" DH just said "Oh, that' might have been the day I saw the camera crew at Freddy's - I think she was wearing grey shorts"

Can't think of any others I watch regularly.

Occasionally I'll watch the ones on bravo- Project Runway I like the best.

I also really like Ace of Cakes on FoodTV because it's all done in Baltimore/Maryland environs, which also then makes me homesick.

I like Project Runway, Man Vs. Wild (DH swears I have a crush on Bear Grylls....quite possible), Dirty Jobs.....I secretly watch Laguna Beach sometimes- those teens fascinate me for some reason.
