I HATE Sci Fi. Like other than the original Star Wars, I think it's a ridiculous genre.

My husband? Glued to the TV right now and all insulted because I refuse to sit and watch stupid shows w/ adults dressed up like Halloween characters.

I used to really dislike sci-fi, too, with a vengance, but DH got me hooked on the new Battlestar Galactica series. The writing is really good, much better than most other TV shows out there. It's the most critically acclaimed show on TV right now. If you want to really give your DH a holiday present he'll love, buy him the new Battlestar Galactica series on DVD and then watch it with him from the first episode. If you're not hooked, you can send me an angry PM.

We're taping tonight's episode, DH is working late tonight and I swore I wouldn't watch it without him.

Yeah, we are big fans of BG as well! I bought the DVD's for DH last year for XMas. My absolute favorite star sighting in LA was Starbuck! I saw her in the ladies room at a restaurant and practically molested her like a crazed fan. She was very gracious and actually blushed when I told her how much I loved her character and the show. Can't wait till march when the new season starts.
I am a scifi nerd. Love it.
