I just got cable tv. For a very long time we had satellite and in our temporary housing situation we couldn't get satellite. Question is... Has there always been a channel called FIT TV? I've never seen it before. I find myself turning it on and watching them workout in amazement. There is a belly dancing class everyday. If only I could get MY belly to do that! LOL!!!!!!!!!!

I'm pretty sure it's been around since digital cable came around, about 4 -5 years ago. We've always had it. I record yoga sessions, but still prefer going to a real class. -
