      • Hulu is doing the same thing this year with making us wait a week to watch the latest episode unless you purchase a hulu plus subscription. Also on the Glee website where you can watch full episodes it looks like they're doing the same thing thus being in sync with hulu.

        • I just saw it. I doubt that Sue will soften up that much. BTW, did it look like Sue's baby may have Downs? As for the Kate Hudson character -- I guess they needed a NY villian but she's so dark and pathetic.

          • Sue said last season that her baby was diagnosed with down. That didn't matter to her because she had a Sister like that whom she misses very much. It seems the downs theme continues with her character. I like Kate Hudson as an actress and I think the reason she's so hard on her students or particular students is because she wants them to succeed. I also saw some dark foreshadowing in her character possibly battling alcoholism because she's aging and no longer a Broadway star where she wants to be. It seems her trigger is her students success and the reminder of what she once had and feels she may not be desired for these dancing positions any longer. Her glory days are behind her. What's that saying? "Those that can't do, teach."

            • I was thinking the same thing about Sue's baby MrsK! I didn't remember her saying that last night, but I think that is great for the show.

              • She didn't say. She just said that Robin is the love of her life and she's completely devoted to her. I googled it and Downs fundraisers/activists/parents are delighted with the way it was handled.

                        • Is this just showing my musical geek factor, or did it bug anyone else that they obviously did the movie version of the Grease musical and not the actual musical version? Don't get me wrong, I think the movie version is the musical movie that's actually better than the original musical (and don't get me started on why that is), but a high school would put on the play , not the movie version.. Ok.. that's just me. Alright stupid geeky annoyed rant over. Otherwise, I have been enjoying the Grease music.

I haven't been watching, but I'm sure the people in charge are correct in assuming that their audience would for the most part be unfamiliar with the fact that there is an actual stage musical version that's slightly different than the movie, but yes, a high school doing Grease would definitely just get the freaking script and yes, that would bug me, too (I lit the stage version just a year or two ago, and haven't seen the movie in ages).

                            • I loved Glease! Grease is my favorite movie, but not my favorite musical. I agree that it's definitely one of the few that is better in it's movie form. But what is up with the new blonde? She is way too mean! Do you think soon we'll learn that she has some huge issues that have caused her to act this way and start to understand/feel bad for her?

That's what happened with Quinn and Santana. . . but I agree, Kitty is way more mean that either Quinn, Santana, or Sue ever were.
