Wow, this was amazing- a documentary that was at Sundance, now on PBS. It's about kids with cancer and their families. Talk about some powerful stuff.

My husband refused to watch it with me because he didn't want to see any more depressing kids but I thought it was really uplifting in a lot of ways. The second half of the show is on tomorrow.

I saw all of about 5 seconds. As soon as I saw A. what channel I was on and B. the children with no hair....I flipped the channel so fast.

Some nights, I just need something mindless and easy to watch....you know, like the Larry King thing with the chick senators.

I was going to start a post about this as well! It is a wonderful documentary....very moving and, yes, uplifting as well.

My friend's 6yo daughter is battling neuroblastoma and it has been one hell of a ride for them. This film does an excellent job at showing how cancer will turn a family's world upside down. It is very difficult and uncomfortable to watch...I had a lump in my throat and tears in my eyes the entire time....but I can say I will never again take a day with my little boy for granted.

Jenn, did you happen to catch the second half? Wow. I had to watch it in two parts because I was just so....distraught. I finally finished watching it last night and I just can't stop thinking about all of the children and families. This film will definitely stay with me.
