KU vs Iowa State at 11:30 on Versus, not a great game but its our first conference game and we get to see it on TV so we're good!

I would like to know what happened to KU's defense in the last two weeks. Next week's team will be even harder they better figure it out!

Michigan State beats Illinois at their homecoming game, but we paid a hefty price with several serious injuries...RB went down with torn ACL and co-QB went down with a dislocated non-throwing elbo...and a few other deep bruises and knee/ankle tweeks

The Ducks pulled off a nice win against UCLA. It was not a home game, so a big win for the Ducks.

RU had Homecoming against Texas Southern this afternoon and won 42-0.

It was an entertaining time, complete with multiple tailgates (one in a motor home) and good friends. DF greatly enjoyed his one home game of the year and is passed out next to me.

Can't believe I gotta do this all over again on Friday night for Week 7!

We dropped a spot with a win as well - we are now the lowest ranked team other then USF that is undefeated. Nebraska jumped ahead of us and they barely beat Mizzou - oh well!

I swear sometimes they just write down the name of each team on little pieces of paper, throw them all up in the air and rank them based on the order they hit the floor.

Roll Tide Roll! We did not have a particularly pretty game (seriously guys, what the hell was going on in the red zone?? score a d*mn touchdown!), but I suppose a win is a win in this case. We'd better figure out how to convert on 1st and goal at some point this week though... grrrr

I'm excited that if things continue, the Gators will play Alabama for the SEC title. Sometimes I wish we played them every year, then sometimes, I'm glad we don't!
