  • College Football - Week 7

Starting this thread tonight, since technically Week 7 has started tonight with Cincinnati vs. USF (or last night with Boise State vs. Tulsa).

Anyway, we play tomorrow night vs. Pitt. You all can look for me on ESPN beginning at 8 PM - I will be the one wearing red under a blue poncho, getting soaked and freezing my ass off.

I hope everyone has better college football weather. I am contemplating leaving the game early to sit in a bar/restaurant somewhere and watch it (and the Phillies game) in relative comfort. The money I paid for season tickets and parking be damned! lol

OU/Texas! If we can only beat Texas my feelings about this somewhat sucky season will be so much better!

Agreed! It has been a let down so far! I am all booked on Saturday so I will miss the game. Hopefully we will win, but they have broke my heart before.

Yes, but we sell them every year! Big change in price this year, though--we got $450/ticket last year, but only $250/ticket this year. I'm not sure if I should blame the economy or BYU...

I still go down to Dallas to watch the game and hang out with my family--I'm here now and we are going to get bridesmaids dresses tomorrow! Plus, the first year, DF and I went to Branson with the money--totally worth it.

We were so tempted to sell ours every year, too. It's such a fun atmosphere in Dallas that weekend, whether you go to the game or not. Have fun!!!

We're playing Notre Dame, one of our oldest rivals. Always interesting.

Have fun at the game, Scarlett!

We've got South Carolina at home tomorrow night -- should be a pretty good one! And cold!! I realize 38 degrees probably isn't cold to a lot of you, but that's down right bone-chilling in these parts . Almost glad I'm watching it from the comfort of my couch.

NOT an OU fan but I feel so bad for him.

                          Bad day for ND.

I feel bad for Sam too.

The Gators won, but it was UGLY! If it weren't for most every other team looking weak as well I'd be nervous. (OK so I didn't actually watch Alabama - they probably still look good.)

Michigan State beat Northwestern for our homecoming game. So after our dismal start, we are now 3-1 in the conference and host unbeaten Iowa next weekend. Go State!
