I am definitely jumping on the Butler band wagon! I'd love to see a great Cinderella story against Puke.

Sooo close, Butler, so very, very close! Looks like it was a good game - I couldn't watch it because I'm totally superstitious that if I did, then Duke would win. But every time I took a peek at the score, it was close.

I have a cousin who went to Duke (for grad school) and right now I want to punch her in the face. She is acting like she's going to take the trophy down Tobacco Road herself. I was make references to Puke on Facebook and she commented and was like, well it was a great game and hard for them too, blah blah blah. STFU, it was the only hard game they had the whole tourney. Sorry if I seem like a crazy angry person right now, guess it's just the repressed feelings I have about my alma mater last having gone to the tourney when basketball players wore really short shorts. Oh, and perhaps how I completely regret making her one of my bridesmaids because she is a PITA. But that is a story for another thread....

Ah - what a bummer! Incredible ge, though. I hope Gordon Hayward doesn't beat himself up for missing those shots. He really played well tonight.

I think Duke fans should follow Coach K's example in being gracious winners.

Fortunately, I only have one facebook friend who went to Duke, and he hasn't posted anything. My Indiana friends (regardless of alma mater) were all rooting for Butler, and my NY friends were either rooting for Butler or not watching.

What a great game that was, normally I would have fallen asleep watching (it was past my bedtime) but the game was so close I just couldn't relax! I wish it would have been a different outcome, but Butler definitly still played a hell of a game!

I was torn. I was upset about the MSU loss to Butler, especially at the refs (yes, I am complaining about the refs), so I was a little happy that Butler got a taste of their own medicine. I do however hate Puke so that wasn't a good either. Most of all, I am glad that MSU will be back next year with a healthy, full roster that will only be better!!!
