Oregon State (24) is at Boise State (3) and so far the score is tied.

Boomer Sooner! Though, that wasn't a very pretty win. Still better than having your a** handed to you at home by an unranked team...*snicker*

MSU Spartans beat Northern Colorado to go 4-0 and now ranked #21 in the coaches' poll.

Next week the real season begins with Wisconsin and then Michigan the week after. DW and I are flying back to Ann Arbor for that game. Woohoo... GO GREEN!

Tough loss at home to UNC. They were hanging tough in the first half, but they just imploded in the second half. The QB seems inept, but the more I think about it is really a mixture of the offensive line not giving him enough time to complete the crappy plays called. Le sigh.

Had a great time tailgating though, my pumpkin chocolate chip cookies were a big hit. Nom nom nom...

Was surprised to see that OU barely held off Cincy and that Temple was beating PSU in the 3rd quarter. Looks like I missed some good games yesterday, including the OSU - Boise State game.

Nevada (my parents' alma mater) is ranked for the first time since 1948! And USC won in a thoroughly unexciting way.
