Which games are you all looking forward to this weekend?

I know that if I didn't have a thesis to research and start writing, I would be watching my team play Pitt. I have some concern/optimism for the team as they try to bounce back from the horrible injury their teammate received last week.

I am looking forward to next season where I won't have to worry about papers and exams taking up my time on Saturdays.

Ditto. That was awful...but hey, this was supposed to be a rebuilding year, remember?

*Off to go pray every other undefeated team loses...*

Woohoo! Go Utes! We continue to fly under the radar, but are heading into some tough games, including TCU in two weeks.

I am also rooting hard for some undefeated teams to lose. Mizzou, Auburn, Oregon, and Mich St. can all go down and make me happy.

Lost to Pitt pretty badly. Offense continues to stink. WVU being upset by 'Cuse slightly made up for our loss.

Michigan State is 8-0 and #5!!!!!! Also, #2 in preseason hoops! It is a great time to be a Spartan. Huuuuuge game this weekend at Iowa...where they have the visitors lockerroom painted pink. This is a tough test for my Spartans. Go Green!!!! Our best start since 1966 National Championship season.

I also wouldn't mind a few losses for Oregon, TCU, Boise St., Mizzou, Auburn...basically everyone but MSU.

Our football season was over in week one - however I'm interested to see how the BCS rolls out this year. The fact that OU was #1 without being #1 in either poll is ridiculous and the fact that Auburn is now #1 without being such in either poll is also ridiculous. The fact that computers are putting these teams in the #1 place when actual people who have watched them aren't just shows the whole issue with this system.

But its still a fun season

                      AP Poll:

Def. not a huge OK State fan, but I don't understand why a one-loss team is ranked below 3 two-loss teams (South Carolina, Arkansas, and Iowa) that don't have an arguably better schedule (2 of them are playing some of the same teams!)

I call BS and voter bias on that. Maybe if they had a blue field they would be ranked higher.

I don't mean to start an argument, but how do they get away with blue uniforms on a blue field? If the Gators tried to do that everyone would uproar. I tried to watch one game on TV and ended up seasick.

No idea. That Smurf Turf is painful in person. Maybe they're so distracted that the uniforms seem like the least of he viewers' problems?

So whose idea was the blue field anyway?
