    Hey..
    Let me know one thing what do you think which sport is best option for gaining fitness...??? For me football is all time best and most effective sport for getting my body fitness .. what about you?

    Sports nutrition plays a huge role in sports performance! Carbohydrates fuel high intensity (above 70% VO2 max) and limiting carbohydrates can negatively impact performance. Choosing high quality carbohydrates like whole grains, starchy vegetables and fruit is important because they will also provide the body with fiber, vitamins and minerals which promote overall health. Protein helps to build and maintain muscle mass although most athletes that I have worked with always get plenty (or too much) protein and neglect carbohydrates.

      In our family, our best option for gaining fitness is by playing badminton. We also believe in sports nutrition. It is very important.
