K2 got his first big-boy haircut today and just about broke my heart with sweetness. I told him that we were going to get his hair cut and he said, "No, Mommy. You do it." He was anxious but so good. He didn't squirm or cry; he was so still and quiet but he but did whisper for me a couple of times just to make sure I was still close enough to hold his hand. As soon as we were finished, he asked for a lolly pop. (Guess he remembered that K1 always gets a lolly pop when his hair is cut.)Wife and #1 Fan of Attending Adult & Geriatric Psychiatrist.

Today we're going out to dinner with the all the urology residents and spouses - except I think I'm one of just a few spouses. Excited anyway! We're also going to tour the daycare that we think we'll put this kiddo in.Allison - professor; wife to a urology attending; mom to baby girl E (11/13), baby boy C (2/16), and a spoiled cat; knitter and hoarder of yarn; photographer
