                  Same here! But since I have a huge project due tomorrow night (grr, due on a holiday...!!!) he had to wrangle the kids today. I daresay he had a tougher day than he would have had he been at the hospital.

                    Dh got some candy and a shirt with the department logo on it. Meh. I didn't know this until he came hold and told me.

                      They use Doctors Day as a way to solicit money from employees at work. "Make a donation honoring your favorite physician". It's kind of awkward.
