Hmmmm, this is kind of hard.....

    1. Billy Joel
    2. Eva Cassidy
    3. Nicole Nordemann (christian)
    4. Sara Groves (christian)
    5. Steven Curtis Chapman (christian)

I'm also quite fond of Cyndi Lauper, Allsion Krauss, Aretha Franklin, James Taylor, Wynonna, Trisha Yearwood, Garth Brooks, James Taylor, Journey, old Chicago.....the professional music teacher/singer side of me loves Mozart, Bach, and Brahms (for starters) and acapella vocal music, and don't forget soundtracks from Broadway musicals! There isn't a whole lot of music that I don't like.

              Well- that's no brainer-

              1) BRUUUUUUCE (Springsteen-I have seen him too many times to remember at this point)

              2) U2 (again, seen them a million times)

              3) Susan Tedeschi (awesome blues singer from Cape Cod- I will do whatever it takes short of murder to see her when she comes to DC)

              4) Paul Simon (just saw him and Art Garfunkel- WOW!!)

              5) Moby

              Jenn

And when I'm in an angry head-banging mood, replace Moby with Henry Rollins (solo) and Black Flag- yet another local DC boy gone good! and he's so HOT...
