  • The Pink Elephant Pajamas

So I was going through clothes for a JBF sale a few weeks ago and I showed DH a pair of 0-3 month pink flannel pajamas with elephants on them that N used to wear. I remembered him liking them and he got a little nostalgic, but I tagged them to sell anyway. I hung the tagged and "hangered" stuff on his side of the closet.

This weekend I was hunting down more empty hangers in his clothes and found the pajamas hidden from me among his dress shirts

I guess we will keep the pink elephant pajamas after all

His family has the ability to attach meaning to anything...and I mean ANYTHING ("aww, those were my childhood bedsheets" anything), but if he cares enough about this one, so be it It made me smile when I found them

OMG, that made me tearful. DrK hardly even notices what the kids are wearing.
