Have you encountered to get stress because of so many things? Budget around the house has been my worries. We're running out of cash and I'm dealing with my husband's gambling addiction. What do you exactly do in such a situation? I guess I need some relief from stress. Please give me some advice on how to deal with it.

I dated a guy once who was semi- addicted to gambling (blackjack card counter). It was very hard for me to understand. He lied about it multiple times and that last time was my final straw. This seems like good info and there are some phone numbers at the bottom for you and him to call. http://www.helpguide.org/articles/ad...mbling.amp.htm

I appreciate the information and advice that you've shared. A family friend suggested getting help from any health professional or a therapist like betterhelp. I'm hoping that it will help me find a solution for my husband gambling addiction. You're right LynnAlicia! It's difficult to understand this type of behavioral disorder.

You may be able to find a support group for loved ones of someone with an addiction. As much as you want to help them you cannot make them change. I’m sorry you are going through this. I know from experience it can be very hard to watch someone you love deal with an addiction.

Working out is a good stress reliever for sure. You'll be more active, be healthier and burn off that energy you use before in gambling. After a very active workout session, I doubt that you'll still want to do something else besides recovering on your couch.
