Yes, lots of people have their lights up around here. I think most of them just put them up this past weekend because it was really really nice for mid-November.

Yes, I just started seeing them today!

I helped set up for a silent auction for a local women's shelter today and the hotel ballroom was decorated for Christmas. Problem was our decorations were Fall/Thanksgiving themed! Oh well, it made for a colorful display!

No! I think there should be a law against Christmas decorations before Thanksgiving!
(Ok, everyone from the debate forum, I don't really think it should be a law).

But really, before we know it, we'll be decorating for Christmas the day after Labor Day.

No, and I agree with Nellie....nothing kills the "Christmas season" like having to live with it for three months!!

I went to the craft store yesterday looking for some Thanksgiving ribbon and they had absolutely none because they already replaced it with Christmas ribbon. It drives me nuts that stores start to clear out their fall decorations at the beginning of October!
