OK, I'm delurking. I've been around this site for a few years, but I've never introduced myself because, well, I'm not a medical spouse.

But my marital status doesn't have that much to do with why I'm here.... I just like the board. This is a great group of intelligent, educated, well-thought out people, with a every variety of opinion on any topic, so just reading it is quite worthwhile.

So, I wanna be the token non-medical spouse.

I see, all of the good times and none of the pain of this medical road. Sweet. Where do I sign up?

We have lawyers, PhD's, SAHM's, Marketing Managers...

I'm still a student - studying Accounting. I knit and craft paint for fun. But while I am a somewhat skilled knitter, I'm just a beginning painter. I really enjoy it, but I still can't get my painting to look like I expect it to. Maybe I should give up on painting something recognizable and just......
