    Cristina-

Only those of us 'lucky' ones have experienced the sweltering non-moving air of the mid-Atlantic summer. Islands have breezes.

People here told me the same thing- I'd hate the heat. Sadly, although it's hotter here, there's usually a breeze.

and people wonder why Congress has an August recess...

Welcome, I'm glad Christina told you about us. I'll pass on the lizards. Heat I can handle (I grew up in Mississippi), but reptiles are also a deal breaker for me.

Hi there and Welcome! Can't say I'd want to be where you are. I enjoy the heat being from NM, but there is a major difference with the dry heat. I can't stand humidity!

I also hate bugs and reptiles, much less in my kitchen!

        Anyhow,

Okay - Saba is off my list of places to go. Heat, bugs, reptiles & lack of modern appliances. No thank you.

            Welcome!
