Howdy -- spouse of EM intern here. He's been on a ward rotation this month -- q4 -- SUCKS! Next week he's in the Peds ER -- no overnight call, woo hoo!

Dayton was one of the places on DH's list, but we matched in Detroit. How do you like it there?

It's OK here. We both grew up in Dayton and he did undergrad, med school, AND residency here so we are ready for somewhere new. We are looking at Atlanta and Charlotte right now....interviews next week! How do you like your program?

I just wanted to add that Charlotte is a wonderful city if you've never been there. I had never been there or though much about Charlotte until DH had family move there 2 years ago. It's really wonderful if you don't like a big city but want all the benefits of living near a large city. Housing is great and it's a pretty area.

What part of Atlanta do you like best? He has a few different interviews in the area.
