    I HATE VERIZON

    Hey guys to make a long story short, I cut off my Verizon service yesterday. Every time I would call Grenada it would ring one time and then cut me off, yet I could call England and Italy (where I have family as well) with no problem. I took the phone into the Verizon store only for them to tell me that they couldn't figure out what the problem was (AFTER 2 HOURS!!!!) and that I could just take my still non-working phone home or purchase a new one for 180 dollars!!! Yeah right!! I basically told them they could take their phone and service and shove it. I checked out vonage like you guys said and got a great free phone withe their service (here vonage and T-Mobile are combined). So now I have a better phone, better service and the best part is I was able to talk to Gary like a normal person in a normal conversation for about an hour or so last evening. No interruptions. It was better than sex! LOL

    Glad you were able to talk normally for a reasonable amount of money; that should make a HUGE difference!

        I have had bad luck with Verizon, too. GRRRR. Glad you got it worked out!
