  • maybe I should introduce myself?

Hello- I have posted in lots of forums and have probably run into just about everyone before, but I thought that I should formally introduce myself.

I am married to a soon-to-be med student (he starts at USUHS in DC this fall, will be leaving us this summer for officer basic course in San Antonio this summer for 6 weeks). We have 3 kids: our oldest Kate is 7, and our boy/girl twins Steven and Isabel are 20 months and are ready to get up from their nap. So I'm off to rescue them and hope to run into you all here on this forum, which I totally love, many more times for many years to come!

      welcome

      Peggy,

I've read your posts throughout the last few months...thanks for the intro! Chemistry, huh! That's awesome! When the kids are older you'll still have some fun options open to you!

We have a couple of people here with twins...Jennifer (rapunzel) and Janet .....I can't imagine how challenging it must be to have two babies at once!

I'm Kris....I have 3 children..and one on the way ... we also have one dog, one cat and 5 toads (down from 7 :mrgreen) all of whom have names I have my MS in mol bio and am currently volunteering two mornings a week (when my youngest is in preschool) to teach a cell bio lab.

        Peggy,

Nice to formally meet you. I have a theory about mothers of multiples...you all are granted automatic entry to heaven without having to stop at the pearly gates first. Seriously, it has been great getting to know you.

Great theory Kelly- but if mothers of multiples should be automatically granted admission to heaven, shouldn't we be given special parking spots here on Earth, especially when the babies are infants????

Actually, shouldn't ALL mothers of infants be given special parking spots! So much baby gear, so few arms.

Nice to meet you formally, and nice to meet you, Kris, formally as well!
