      I have never heard of med school ending in December, I learn something new everyday on here!

      Oh and I agree your screen name does rock!!!

        I was assuming from the location of Grenada, the school might be St. George? (If I got the school wrong - I'm sorry...) and that it might have a different academic schedule. (Just guessing).

              Yes girls...We are at SGU in Grenada. Here classes begin in both January and August of each year. DH started here in January 08. We are actually in the middle of choosing our hospitals right now for rotations. It is very likely that we will be placed in NY.

                      Dominica. Certainly not paradise! Dh was accepted to the January class for Granada. But our oldest was due in February...and there was no way I was having our first babe alone We moved to Dominica in April.

                      there are a handful of Caribbean spouses here. Dominica, Saba, St Maarten, and Granada. (and maybe another, but I'm not sure)

                          Welcome and hello from another Caribbean spouse survivor!!! You’re almost done with the hard part. Yay! Will you move to NY with your hubby? Good luck with step 1 and the big move.
