Welcome and best of luck for a good match on Thursday. It's an exciting and stressful time... sounds like you have a really good attitude about it though! There are many of us with young infants on this forum, you should find lots of good support.

Thanks everyone. DH matched General Surgery at a good program about 30 minutes outside of the city we are in now. He is disappointed that it wasn't Ortho but is happy that he matched into this particular general surgery program. So it looks like I will add house hunting and moving to the list! But that will all have to wait as we are heading down to Florida to visit the IL's and to the Caribbean to visit my family. I will be back in a couple of weeks.

Have a great trip! Update us with the details when you return (some of us are currently living vicariously through everyone else's travels!)

Congratulations on matching to a program you're happy with! I'm sorry ortho didn't work out for him, but from what I've heard, you both might end up being happier this way. I hope so!

Have a great trip! That sounds amazing!!! I'm so ready for another ocean fix!
