Welcome! I'm also married to a 4th year and eagerly awaiting Match Day. My husband and I are doing the long distance thing (2 hours) right now because I couldn't find a teaching job in the city where he goes to school. It's not ideal, but it works if you end up needing it for a while. Good luck!

Welcome! I am also engaged to a 4th year and getting married 7 days after graduation!
As to the career thing -- you'll find many of us are having that problem. I am an attorney who will likely be moving to a new state and have to take a new bar. I have a job right now and a job offer that I have postponed accepting until after match day. Believe me, I understand the frustration of feeling like you have to put your career on hold. I am giving up a license, a job, a future job and all of my connections.

Congratulations HeyMeganZ on the upcoming match and getting married this year! I remember getting married after graduation. It was the happiest year of my life as I suspect this will be the happiest for you too! Welcome, I'm new too.
Also congratulations to you as well Mrs. MD Esq.!PGY4 Nephrology Fellow
