Welcome! We get it. My husband is in his chief & final year of general surgery residency. We had our kiddo at the start of pgy 3. We have no family or other support and its super hard on me. Dh is never around & living on a residents salary alone isn't easy. That said there isn't a great time at all during training to have kids but we didn't want to wait any longer due to age. Welcome!
