    Hello from Peru

    Hi everybody!

    Another forum member suggested this forum to me and I'm here to say hello.

    A little about me and my spouse:
    I'm a US citizen working and living in Peru. My wife is a physician and currently is employed as a Medical Director at a local hospital in Lima. She also is finishing her MBA while studying for her USMLE steps.

    We plan to move back to the good ole USA as soon as her visa process is completed and I finish my employment contract here. We expect her to complete all her USMLE steps this year and get in on the next year residency cycle.

    Hopefully I can learn from everybody's experiences and maybe share some too.

                    Welcome! Just recently returned from Peru. Looooooved it! Took a cooking class and brought back as many spices and as much pisco as I could. Still, nothing comes close here to going to the markets in Lima to buy your fresh fish, veggies and those amazing olives.

                    So glad you found us...post often!
