  • Hello!

    Hi Ladies!

I am the wife of a PGY-2 (almost 3! Yay! ) OMFS resident, mommy to a beautiful 7 month old girl, and extremely part-time dental hygienist. With the addition of our first child and being far from home, it has been a rough two years to say the least. I posted once a long time ago and I should have kept up with you ladies, it probably would have been a big help on lonely nights with a newborn. : ) I have a couple of mom groups I belong to, but it is hard for anyone else to understand the stress and frustration of having a spouse in residency, other than you all, of course. I really look forward to some insight on how you incorporate your DH into family life, passing off any advice to those just starting out on this journey, and just knowing I am not alone. As I type this both my babies are sleeping, hahahaha.
