  • I'm very excited

Hello everyone. My husband has been using his side of this website for a while and suggested that I check out this part. I am excited about reading any insights you may have. My husband will be starting school in August. We will be moving in about 5 months, and I am currently looking for a new job. I am very excited about the adventure that we are about to have.

I know that he will be extremely busy, but it will give me a chance to focus on my career, since we plan to wait to have children for another 3-4 years.

Any initial words of wisdom are always welcome!

Welcome to the boards - there are lots of great spouses/significant others on this site with lots of great of information. My biggest piece of advice for couples starting med school is to spend time together when you can and let your spouse study when he really needs to. The more studying he does early the better the rest of his years will be!

    Good luck and welcome!
