    Greetings from a Detroit, MI (area) wife!

    Hey everyone I just found your site and am starting to explore! I am a med wife with a 20 month old son and one on the way. My husband is a second year at a newer med school and i am the president of the 'significant others' club. Just wanted to say hi, and hopefully see what other people's experiences were.
    I am especially interested in what other sig. other groups do as far as fun, support, etc. Also, I would love to just get to know some others! My husband is in the throws of studying for boards, and you all know how that goes

    I look forward to responses!

                  Welcome to the boards! I too have never been involved in a SO group -- the programs we've been involved with were never quite that organized haha

                    I went to a few SO group meetings-- not much bc we were at least a 45 min drive away from the med school.

                    This has been my support group!!
