Hey, Jedi, mind telling us where the training process has taken you?

Sure! So I met my hubby when he was 4 years out of training but his background:

He went to a six year program (penn state and Thomas Jefferson). He did internship in Philly at Frankford Torresdale and did anesthesia at UPitt. He finished training in 2007.

He did about 2 yrs of locums before taking a staff job in Maryland... We met in 2011 and got married 0ct '12. We lived in DC for a bit and started applying for jobs in LCOL areas...

Sept 2013, we moved to Dallas. In March of 2014 we bought a house in Frisco and here we are!

Did I miss anything or is there anything more specific?

Hey! I have a 10 month old you can borrow for practice. He doesn't sleep for shit right now and occasionally bites, but otherwise he's adorable! I'll even let you take him for free!ImageUploadedByTapatalk1420818841.179499.jpg

That's pretty cool, JediMaster .... DH and I did pretty much the same thing. Did people think you were a little nuts? They thought we were, but like you said, when you know you know.

Born in golden CO, grew up in the Chicago suburbs. Lived in salt lake UT for a bit, back to Chicago. Then LA. Then Scottsdale. Then DC and now Dallas. #phew!

Princess-- they totally thought we were nuts... But we actually are! But shhhh don't tell.

That's where my parents were married and I was born, but I was too little to remember it. We did spend some years in Gurnee.
