I will say, for us anyway, residency has not been the-worst-thing-ever but I credit a LOT of that attitude to the fact that I spent a good deal of time on these boards pre-residency and the experiences shared by those who had been through it already really helped me set my expectations.

^this! I honestly feel like being on here and reading everyone's experiences has already lowered my expectations come this July and mentally prepare for the upcoming move and things to come
