Hi Everyone,

I decided to leave the ranks of the "lurkers" and post. I've enjoyed visiting this site for about one year now. My wife is about to begin her second year of medical school and we just celebrated our first wedding anniversary last month.

I found the first year to be suprisingly smooth sailing, but maybe that's because I always prepare for the worst. But I realize that the real fun will begin during the clinical years.

I enjoy running and have completed two marathons. I'm a novice birder and enjoy cooking though I've taken a "break" from cooking and running for most of this summer.

Hopefully, I can contribute something to this site. I look forward to "meeting" everyone.

Welcome to the group, Kevin. I think you'll find you are in good company here...we have several avid runners in our midst! There is even talk of all of us showing up in 2005 for a marathon. (I'm planning on being the mascot and watching everyone else sweat though )
