Hello Again!

Wow! It has been a long time since I posted or even visited. I thought I should introduce myself again. I am Danielle, married to a 2nd yr Med-student. We live in Southern California and have a 3 year old little boy. I work fulltime and life is pretty busy these days. It is so good to be back again.

Where in Southern Cal are you? My in-laws are from the desert side- Palmdale, California. When my husband tries to play dumb about something he does the, "I'm just a boy from the desert" routine.

I live right in the middle of Los Angeles, close to downtown. Palmdale isn't too far away though. Some people live there and commute to LA b/c housing is cheaper. I would never commute in LA. Traffic is insane.

Welcome back, Danielle! Until 5 months ago I lived in the South Bay. I miss the gorgeous weather and ocean, but most of all I miss the Mexican food! My husband and I have mapped out all of the Mexican restaurants we'll be hitting during our Christmas trip to California! We're glad to have you back!

Jenn, that is too funny...I grew up in the desert near Palmdale in Hesperia. Growing up in the desert was sort of like growing up in a sheltered world....moving to Los Angeles in my early 20's was a major cultural shock!
