Hello from Wisconsin!

Hi everyone, I just found this site today when I was bored at work. My husband and I have been married for 5 weeks, and I wish I would have had a resource like this when I was planning the wedding. He's a 4th year at UW Madison and I work as an interior designer...so there's really no commonalities with our careers. Anyone else here from Wisconsin?

Hey, I could call myself a "GopherBitch" but Minnesota has never felt like home. I reside here in the hinterland during *&^%$ training, but the place never found its way into my heart.

Still, as the wife of a general surgery resident, I can confirm that we at least have the "bitch" aspect in common. Although I suspect you bestow this name upon yourself in jest. I, however, turned the corner to crusty old biddy long ago. Now, where did I put my housecoat, curlers, cigarettes, and forty ounce beer?
