  • Just found this site and I love it :)

Well, I have no idea how I came across this site, but I am so thrilled I found you! My husband is an intern in Family Medicine in Temple, Texas (an hour north of Austin and 2 hours south of Dallas) and I am an engineer turned housewife and we have been married 3 years. Temple is great and the program is a great match for my husband. It is a small town with old fashioned values, no traffic, no pollution and friendly people . Neither my husband or I are natives of Texas, but before living in Temple we lived in Houston for 3 years while he worked for Hermann Hospital and did research at UT. UGH. I hated Houston .

I have only been reading for an hour or so, but I have learned so much in that time. No babies in our picture yet, but we are now finally ready and I have had enough of engineering ... so I am heading back to school to start my masters and planning on being a stay at home mom while hubby does his residency.

Can't wait to get to know you all more
