  • Lo-OOONG Time, No Posts!

    Hi everyone!
I used to be a member of this board a LONG time ago and then had my first daughter and I didn't visit as often. Now I am the Fair Queen to two princesses (3.5yo and 7mths) and wife to a general surgeon. My husband finished his residency a few years back but we have a military commitment to pay off now. In my former life, I did actually attend graduate school and acquire a Master's degree (you would really, really never be able to tell as my big accomplishment today was "making Prince Phillip talk!") Hope to chat with all of you soon. . .

        Hey Claudia,

Nice to meet you! Where are you living now? What's life like having two young kids and being married to a general surgeon?

I'm new here, getting my master's in journalism at NYU while my boyfriend slaves through his first year in his general surgery residency in Minneapolis. This site has been helpful in trying to learn what life would be like if we actually tied the knot one day. Still trying to figure it out.

What did you get your master's in?

        Take Care,

        Suzanne

          Hey Claudia-

You have no idea the number of times we said, "what ever happened to Claudia?" So- you guys at the newly reopened Keesler? Yikes, can't even imagine.

We're here in San Antonio- Rick did a child neurology fellowship in DC and now shuttles between Lackland and BAMC.

          Welcome back!

Welcome back, Claudia! Always wondered what happened to you! I can't believe your oldest is 3.5 already! Glad you're here.

              Claudia,

Welcome back. I have often wondered about you. Two baby girls! Congrats!

As for me, here's a big surprise, we're still in training. Can't wait to catch up.
